Job Description

The Technical Ripple Program Manager is pivotal to the fast-paced development and releases of our products. A successful technical project manager / scrum master is an experienced and natural leader, a facilitator who is goals driven, organized, detail oriented and delivers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

* Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
* Manage Agile processes across multiple projects and multiple teams
* Identify impediments the team experiences and work with stakeholders to address them
* Drive continuous process improvements
* Implement Agile best practices to create a robust, predictable, priority driven culture in an agile environment
* Work with Product Managers and Engineering Leads on backlogs and roadmap prioritization to deliver value to customers in shorter iterations
* Define metrics for tracking progress, determining success, and completion
* Ensure timely delivery of software releases



WHAT YOU MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

* Strong leadership and communication skills and be able to influence without having authority of the team
* Experience in working with engineers to build highly scalable platforms
* Eagerness to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team
* A positive attitude and a passion for sharing knowledge
* At least 5-7+ years of software program / project management
* BS/BA in Computer Science or a strong technical background
