CACI International is continuing its partnership with the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS) Joint Program Office (JPO) in an exciting new five year opportunity that will enhance the global enterprise and its mission in supporting the Warfighter! The JDISS JPO directly supports Intelligence Mission Applications in response to Commander Joint Chiefs of Staff requirements, and is the program of record for SCI-level Global Command and Control System (SCI GCCS). As JDISS moves into the future, CACI will be working with the JPO in identifying and incorporating new cutting edge technology - including cloud development, that will meet the needs of the DoD, the Intelligence Community, and forward deployed warfighters. What You'll Get to Do:

* Lead a team providing accreditation testing support on JWICS and Coalition domains of operating system baselines, client and server Intelligence Mission Applications, and cloud-based applications.
* Develop cyber-security Body of Evidence (BOE) materials including system security plans (SSP) and associated SCTM and STP as well as POA&Ms.
* Execute security test procedures.
* Execute monitoring functions including running and analyzing security scans using ACAS and HP Fortify.
* Document security information in Xacta in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST guidelines.
* Identify Confidentiality/Integrity/Availability categorization.
* Prepare Accreditation documents in accordance with current DoD and IC security requirements as applicable for the product or system undergoing certification.
* Support accreditation and authorization (A&A) testing at customer sites / data centers from time to time as requested by the government.
* Ability to work in a technical and non-technical team environment.
* Provide input to schedules and follow established security processes.
* Represent JDISS at meetings and review boards.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

* Active TS/SCI clearance.
* BS in IT or hard sciences and 6-10 years of Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) testing experience with DIACAP, RMF, DCID 6/3, ICD-503, and/or NIST Framework.
* Three+ years project management experience.
* Experience developing SSPs and POA&Ms.
* Experience running and analyzing ACAS scans.

These Qualifications Are Nice to Have:

* CISSP - Highly Preferred.
* CompTIA Security+ (or ability to obtain within 90 days of start date).
* Experience with HP Fortify.
* Experience with Xacta and/or eMass.
