Job Description:

Duties: Coordinate design, development, and testing efforts of assigned application components to ensure the successful delivery of projects and rollout of features as well as production support. Analyze requirements. Use monitoring products and reports to verify production and testing environments. Responsible for identifying technology shifts in the mobile space that will affect the development and delivery of banking features. Promptly respond on all code defects and environment issues and resolve in timely manner. Help new resources to learn and understand firm products, standards, and code deliverables. Oversee and review iOS, Android (Java/Kotlin), and Microservices (Java) used to create, enhance, and modify existing and new payment features on the mobile platform. Lead code reviews.

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Application/Mobile/IOS Developer or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus seven (7) years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree and five (5) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: P2P and P2B payment flows and architecture; iOS development using Objective-C; delivering iPhone and iPad, as well as Android, customer facing mobile apps in addition to Universal iOS apps and iPhone and iPad enterprise mobile apps; working in onshore and offshore development models; production support for mobile applications for iOS; working on mobile apps logon encryption; mobile application lifecycle for iOS; building mobile apps using SQLLite; Jenkins build configuration; working with security frameworks such as Metaforic or Arxan; writing unit tests using XCTest or Junit; working with SeeTest tool for UIAutomation; working with MVC, MVP, MVVM, KVO, Notification, Singleton, Decorator, or Facade design patterns; working on GCD or NSOperation patterns to perform asynchronous tasks; using source control: SVN or GIT; using HP Quality center and JIRA for defect management; managing the onboarding, release, update, and retirement process on both Apple App Store and Google Playstore; and managing 25 or more engineers working on iOS and Android platform in either a domestic national bank or international bank focused on payment features. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: iOS development using Swift; production support for mobile applications for Android; working on integrating mobile and web applications using frameworks like Cordova or PhoneGap; mobile apps iOS and Android core architecture; mobile application lifecycle for Android; and working in Agile and Waterfall software lifecycles. This position requires one (1) years of experience with Android development in Java or Kotlin.
