Looking for motivated and talented candidate who is passionate about delivering high quality software. As a Simulink Interfaces and Deployment Engineer in Test you will design and develop test automation and test suites at the core of Simulink. As a member of the development team, you will work on technology that enables customers to accelerate simulations, deploy simulations, create digital twins, or run parallel simulations.
Responsibilities
You will work on a core development team to define, design, and implement test automation for new features that support customer-focused workflows. You are expected to:
* Take ownership of feature testing by authoring tools, harnesses and writing automated test suites * Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality code that is correct, robust, efficient, and easy to maintain and extend * Collaborate with other software development teams to make sure we deliver a cohesive product * Diagnose and report software defects * Lead cross-functional Software Quality efforts, driving quality practices into MathWorks products throughout the lifecycle of a project.
Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required. * Expertise with MATLAB

* Superior attention to detail * Experience with C++ * Object-oriented programming experience * Test automation experience * Good problem-solving and programming skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Exposure to numerical algorithms * Familiarity with makefiles/shell scripting/Perl/Python * Experience with Simulink * Experience with JavaScript
