MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Responsible for working with various cross-functional teams to design, develop, execute and implement sophisticated business and technology solutions for high-value hardware/software integration projects and product development for process improvement by leveraging new and existing technologies. Assess current launch processes, developing solutions to improve those processes, and working closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability through all stages of the process, including post launch efforts. Work closely with product management, engineering, business development and marketing to define requirements for tools that enhances scalability, with the goal of reducing friction in the process and improving throughput. Drive requirements for new tools, workflows, and automation, working closely with engineering and product management. Partner with engineering to prioritize and drive execution of automated solutions. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders to monitor and improve execution of the launch process. Lead the roll-out of changes in the launch process to the organization. Leverage feedback from partners to drive continuous improvement. Assess current launch processes and systems, identify gaps, and drive short-and long-term improvements. Drive accountability across various work streams throughout the launch process. Define projects, collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, write detailed functional specifications, and drive project schedules from design to release. Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts with internal teams. Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and assigned project teams.
