Project Management experience in IT preferably for Manufacturing/ Engineering app projects
Experience if managing projects in various methodologies - Waterfall/ Agile etc
Stakeholder management
Experience in PM tool (MS Project plan)
Estimation/ Cost/ Schedule/ Resource management
Preferred Skills:
Retail - CPG domain, MES implementation on COTS products like GE PPA, End to end implementation of IT application
Business analysis
Certification (PMP/ ACP/ ITIL)
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
1. Creating a project charter for the MES project
2. Ensuring that standard PM practices (plan, schedule, quality, cost, coordination, reporting, risk ,issue and customer satisfaction) are followed during the project and project achieves its desired outcome
3. Developing detailed work plan & schedules for design, development and testing for the external MES solution development using standard project management methodology
4. Effectively coordinate among different stakeholders to ensure achieving goals of program. Identify the training and skill requirements and arrange training and/or hire the team members
5. Allocate the resources as per the skill requirements across different project phases of project lifecycle
6. Monitoring and reporting project status on a regular basis to relevant stakeholders
7. Allocate activities and tasks among team members
8. Managing scope, quality, cost and schedule and compliance to regulation in the solution
9. Manage the stakeholders and ensure timely decision to meet the project schedule
10. Co-ordinate and manage scope change requests. Monitor and review all deliverables
11. Ensure overall quality and success of the project defined objectives
12. Managing risks (internal and external) and timely escalation as per escalation matrix
