Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) Program Management Office. The successful candidate will support the program office leadership with daily administrative functions. This includes scheduling and coordinating meetings, answering phone calls and recording messages, preparing and typing correspondence, greeting and receiving visitors, reproducing documents, and maintaining daily attendance documents.

Minimum Requirements

* Must be a US Citizen.


* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.


* Requires High School or higher degree


* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting projects and project managers.


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.



Preferred Qualifications

* Active, fully adjudicated Secret security clearance.
