Chase is seeking a highly organized and motivated Feature Product Owner to help build out the end-to-end digital features for the Identity Verification as a Service platform. In this role, the candidate will be instrumental in helping to drive Chase's digital capabilities to verify identities of new to bank customers. The capabilities will also be repurposed for use to help verify existing customers by the Authentication product group.

The Role:

Chase is seeking a highly effective and innovative Digital Feature owner to work on the rapidly growing space of business banking with an eye on customer engagement. In this role, the candidate will work on delivering innovative functionality leveraging internal & external tools & partnerships with a focus on API Processing Services for Identity Verification. This individual will have to quickly understand business' unique needs and apply his/her expertise to help the business drive to a solution that meets user pain points and Chase objectives. He/she will then collaborate with Area Product Owners to see through the execution and product development lifecycle. The individual will work closely with business, technology, and third party vendors, and manage an ever evolving roadmap. The identity verification initiative will focus on improving the customer experience and this role will use data points to monitor and track the feature performance to optimize the customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with design, development, L&C, and line of business teams to drive new product initiatives focused on API processing development services component of the Government License Verification Solution
* Develop products and services that deliver innovative experiences and at the same time remove friction from the banking process;
* Define feature epics and stories working collaboratively with business, design and development teams to ensure delivery of product vision and 6 Quarter roadmap;
* Create concise, compelling content and business case to present and sell concepts through to senior management;
* Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives;
* Help define product initiatives for new features and optimizations of existing ones, and incorporate them into product roadmaps;
* Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs. Identify market opportunities and define product strategy to reflect those;
* Lead cross-functional team across multiple scrum teams, environments teams, QA, designers, content editorial for on-time delivery;
* Perform User Acceptance testing per release requirements;
* Manage reporting on the feature performance
* Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term;
* Coordinate backlog for defect resolution. Provide scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, product requirements to support development;

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of digital product management experience
* Must be proactive, results driven and have a proven track record of execution
* Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends;
* Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions;
* Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model;
* Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills;
* Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under intense pressure;
* Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of development lifecycle - agile is a plus
* Strong knowledge of current digital banking trends
* Ability to build high-level mocks for concept sharing for prototype phase
* Demonstrate people management and team-building skills
* Experience working with 3rd party vendors a plus
* Strong written and presentation skills
* Analytical with a focus on KPI's and measurement
* Experience with Confluence, Jira and Sharepoint
* Financial services preferred but not required
* Undergraduate degree in a related field required - BS or MS in computer or software engineering, or comparable field of study.
