The candidate will be directly involved in day-to-day operations of the Humana owned and rental dental networks. They will validate, streamline, innovate and improve processes around which Humana delivers Group Commercial dental products and benefits. The candidate will own processes, decisions, improvements, communicate and will be responsible for executing and monitoring processes and improvements. The role will require autonomy, dealing with numerous departments at virtual locations. Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, written and verbally, with Associates at all levels of the organization are essential to successfully fulfilling the role.
Responsibilities
* Support and create cost-benefit analysts and new Project Requests as new initiatives are identified or developed, * Create recommendations to solve a problem or improve a process, * Update and communicate status of various projects, gathering inputs, identifying and removing barriers, explaining ground taken and next steps, * Implement and monitor improvements, * Draft, recommend and improve communicates, reports, and artifacts, * Acts a Business Representative to project teams. * Required Qualifications * Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree * Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills * Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
* Have a strong academic history, with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA being desired * Possess an interest in working in the healthcare industry
