About Attunity

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Integration Expert to provide technical service to our Field and also our customers. You will be a part of the SME Global Support team.

You will be trained to be a Specialist with the product. This will allow you to diagnose, troubleshoot and provide solutions and workarounds when needed.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for the field and customers in the US and abroad.
* Address all Support-related queries on time.
* Work with R&D to provide the highest levels of solutions.
* Reproduce and analyze customer reported issues.
* Be part of a global team and act as team player.

Requirements:

* BSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
* Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer 2-5 or more years
* Experience in SQL development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience as part of technical support organization
* Background in DW/BI projects
* Experience with big data technologies (Such as Hadoop, Spark, HDI)

Advantage

* Experience in Datawarehouse cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
