Description

* Role is critical for supporting multiple initiatives and tasks related to functions under Credit, Collections, and Fraud
* Work with business in shaping and articulating channel strategies and connecting them to our overall domain technology roadmap
* Responsible for creation of high level technical specifications
* Responsible for overall end to end designs
* Ensure successful delivery of project on schedule and within budget
* Expertise with Small Business products and Processes
* Expertise with Large conversions E.g., Rainbow etc.

Qualifications

* BS or MS or MBA in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields is preferred, but prior experience considered
* Excellent knowledge of Loss Prevention domains
* 10+ years of experience in business analysis required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Very good understanding of channel technologies
* Very good understanding of contact center technologies
* Solid understanding of connective enabling technologies such as API, micro services, CRUD connectors, JSON, etc
* Very good understanding of agile methodology
