Job Description

CACI is seeking a Business Analyst - Configuration Management (CM) in Washington D.C.

What You'll Get to Do:

The Business Analyst-CM will:

* Update the Change Management Database/Integrated Database Environment (CMDB/IDE) with PCW specifications, financial information, technical implications, and status remarks
* Upload electronic documents including PCW forms, technical packages, cost proposals, and comment sheets to the IDE for document retrieval capability
* Prepare, update and provide Proposed Change Washington (PCW) folders and Captain Binder for review before Change Boards
* Perform QA on data entry efforts and metrics reports before distributing to government reviewers for action item closure
* Assist the Lead Configuration Management Analyst in preparing financial reports and cost metrics; organizing and tracking technical and financial comments from Navy reviewers
* Assist in preparing the Action Item Report/Tracker in support of bi-weekly Industry meetings
* Process Change Forms, PCWs, BSCN and CACN documentation
* Communicate with Database Developers/Administrator to report problems as well as explain required enhancements to the database
* Participate in meetings, keeping minutes and maintaining action items as directed.

* US Citizenship required
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret Clearance
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline
* High level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and track various projects
* Great organizational skills
* Business process-oriented
* Highly motivated
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office products
* Ability to communicate effectively

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

* Experience with Navy Configuration and or Data Management Procedures (preferred)
* At least 3 years of with database management (Oracle environment preferred)
