Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing and maintaining all aspects of the network infrastructure. Provide on-call support for all aspects of the network on a rotation schedule. Work independently and in multi-discipline environment with other Teams to provide issue resolution, network design input and documentation, product recommendations and evaluations, proof of concept, configurations and implementations to support enterprise business requirements. Strong technical hands on configuration and troubleshooting background in Cisco product line including but not limited to: Cisco/Arista routers & switches. Proficient in support, hands on and configuration of BGP, EIGRP, IPSEC VPN, VoIP, SDWAN and support of QOS based MPLS networks.
Qualifications
Experience:
Provide network day-to-day operational support to end users. Responsible to resolve internal user and external partner network issues through research, troubleshooting, configuration and implementation; while following applicable policies and procedures.
* 8-10 Years of Industry experience
* Certifications - CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional certification is preferred
