Job Description

* Communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates).
* Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns
* Implement the business plan for area of responsibility
* Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility
* Manage the troubleshooting of systems applications
* Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility
* Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility

Minimum Qualifications

* Associate's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field OR 2 year's Walmart Logistics experience in an Information Systems environment maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (e.g. networks, computer hardware and software) OR 2 years Information Systems related supervisory experience OR 2 years experience in an Information Systems environment maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems (e.g., networks, computer hardware and software)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year Microsoft Office experience
* 3 or more years Walmart Logistics Applications experience (e.g. Global Logistics Systems (GLS), Trailer Manifest System (TMS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), IBM CICS (Host)
* Both Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or related field; AND 1 year information systems environment supervisory experience
