We're based out of WeWork in Dumbo, Brooklyn with an office in Denver, CO.

Our Interview Process

1. We do a 20 minute video call with you to see what you’re looking for in your next role so as to gauge whether Pico would be a good fit.
2. We will invite you to do a take home assignment where you will be given the ability to choose a few subtasks from a selection of relevant projects we might encounter as engineers Pico.
3. We will do a (fun!) remote Javascript code-pair exercise and go over your take-home assignment.
4. We will do a face-to-face interview to discuss your assignment, possible future at Pico, as well as any questions you have about us.
