DropThought is an instant feedback platform. We make it easy for users to give feedback and managers to organize, analyze and act on feedback. For the users, we have a very simple UI that lets them give feedback in less than 2 min. For the managers, we have a dashboard that lets them sort feedback, track metrics, and analyze themes and sentiment of feedback using our patented text analytics algorithm. The end result is an efficient, effective and enjoyable feedback experience that’s far faster than traditional methods. DropThought is currently focusing on SMB/Restaurant, Events, HR, Education market. Fortune 500 enterprises such as Adobe, Cisco use DropThought to help them stay on top of what their customers and employees are saying. DropThought is headquartered in Santa Clara, with offices in India and plans to expand to a variety of industries and job categories.
Introduction Call- 30 min:Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if DropThought is a mutual fit. This is usually with the hiring manager.
1st round- 1 hr:If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Business roles), or for a technical screen (Engineering).
Onsite round- 3 to 4 hrs: Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team.
If we believe there is a mutual match, then we will extend an offer within a week of the onsite round. Either way, we will let you know of our decision within a week.
