We founded Dossier Health because we wanted to drive the change that will make the most difference in fixing the healthcare system. That is, help change the payment economics from health systems being paid for what procedures they run, to how much patient health value they create.

Bryan (VP, Product) has a background in healthcare economics and knows the secret world of medical insurance contracting and Dave (Founder, CEO) is a long time software entrepreneur in life sciences.

Backed by Cien Ventures, led by Trevor Price and Hugh Ma, Dossier is a data insights platform for integrated medical groups. Our information platform enables these provider groups to accelerate their progression into value-based care. It gives insights, leverage and power.

Dossier contains a dynamic "contract-to-patient" index that parses risk based contracts and matches them to individual encounters within the integrated delivery network. Advanced reporting, query analytics and modeling provides insights into current performance and revenue impact.
