We admit it. We’ve always had a maverick streak in us. That’s why Digital Insight has been described as “hotter than the brass hinges of hell.” It’s the fire of innovation we’ve had since day one that just won’t quit.

It started back when we put online banking on the map almost 20 years ago.

It continued during our time as part of Intuit, when we picked up a lot of awesome-sauce that we carry with us today, like our Design for Delight methodology, Innovation Catalyst program, and the employee-centered culture. And the innovation-fire still rages on now that we have the rock-solid backing of global powerhouse NCR.

So what do we do with all that inventive passion? We do stuff like build gorgeous mobile banking apps with near-perfect ratings. And we set the standard for digital banking for more than 11 million users across 1,000 banks and credit unions. We also help NCR power more than 450 million transactions every single day across 180 countries.

We do more than that. We take on the role of industry thought leader, which shines through on our Banking.com blog. We host a yearly Innovation Conference that showcases leading-edge technology in the financial services space. We lead. We disrupt.

But we never rest on our laurels. That’s where you come in.

We want engineers who want to change the game, who want to do something that matters. We want creative thinkers who have what it takes to disrupt ho-hum ways of banking to create solutions that stand out and make a difference.

We know that engineers are the heartbeat of everything we do. You can feel it in every corner of our organization, starting with our General Manager, Jeff Hughes, who is an engineer at heart and continues to wear his hat as CTO of NCR Financial Services. You can feel it in our dynamic Innovation Jams. You can feel it in our quarterly Hackathons where winners’ ideas get incubated and sent to pilot. You can feel it in our Brown Bag sessions where engineers share their passions and ideas to ignite excitement and action.
