We’re revolutionizing both the product and the customer experience. The first step to providing a reliable, timely, and enjoyable customer experience is having a culture of punctuality within Cover.

    Clarity

    Miscommunication and coordination issues during the traditional home-building process result from a lack of clarity. Clarity in the way we communicate, work, and build is necessary to achieving Cover’s vision. Clarity is a frame of mind that manifests itself in our ideas, drawings, prototypes, code, rhetoric, and ultimately the experiences of our customers.

    How We Interview & Hire

    1. 15-30 min. introductory call to share more on Cover and the role, learn more about you and your interests, and help decide if Cover is a mutual fit.
    2. 60 min. in-person interview or video call to get to know you better, dive deeper into your skills and experience, and answer any questions you have for us.
    3. We request 4-6 references from former coworkers and managers.
    4. A 2-7 day on-site work project to see how we work together as a team. We'll work with you to determine an appropriate project, schedule, and compensation.
