Ruby on Rails Hacker

We’re looking for mid to senior level devs with heavy experience in Rails. As a small team that's growing fast (we just turned down an acquisition offer), we're now growing the team and looking for developers able to jump right in.

Tech Stack:
Codewars is a Ruby on Rails application, using MongoDB, Redis and a custom JS front-end (built on jQuery/SugarJS). The application has a few areas of complexity to it and offers a lot of interesting challenges.

We also utilize Node JS and Docker for backend services, such as processing kata submissions (users code) and handling server-sent events. http://github.com/codewars

Responsibilities:

As a Codewars team member you’ll be involved in a whole range of tasks. You’ll get to champion new products and feature-sets, which will become your own creations (the process can be intense). We’re looking for you to be innovative, take initiative and contribute in ways we can’t even think of right now.

You’ll get a lot of responsibility and creative-control, with the expectation that you’ll be self-motivated and seize the opportunity to write awesome code, and build even better products.
