Founded in 2018 by 3 friends who wanted to get into tech but didn't know how Career Karma is a robust marketplace and community that supports people of all walks of life in finding a fulfilling career in tech.

Working for Career Karma will give you the unique ability to empower individuals to earn more income, support themselves and their families, and learn new skills that will afford them confidence and self-esteem.

While most existing resources cater to youths or new grads, Career Karma’s model works with top schools and coaches to help each individual, regardless of the stage of life, design, and craft a personalized plan to get the skills they need for the jobs they want.

By making it easy and intuitive to get support from a coach and find and apply to top schools, companies, and boot camps, Career Karma has members who work at top-tier companies such as; Twitter, Tesla, Facebook, Uber, Google, Airbnb, and more.

Today, Career Karma is getting 3M+ monthly visitors to their website and is already ranking for top career questions. Our goal is to grow to 50M per month by the end of 2023.

We've recently raised $40M in Series B funding from top silicon valley investors. Our backers include YCombinator, Softbank, Initialized Capital, and many more.
