BrainPOP (www.brainpop.com) creates animated, curricular resources that engage students, support teachers, and bolster achievement. Used in classrooms, at home, and on mobile devices, our award‐winning offerings include BrainPOP Jr. (K‐3), BrainPOP, BrainPOP Español, and, for English language learners, BrainPOP ESL. We are also home to GameUp, a curated collection of leading learning games designed to support game‐based learning. We offer teachers a rich collection of professional development opportunities, implementation tools, and lesson plans to meet the rigor of the Common Core and other academic standards. BrainPOP web sites and mobile apps support individual, team, and whole‐class learning. Localized to major world languages, our sites host millions of monthly visitors, and our mobile learning apps regularly rank among the highest in the major app stores' education categories.

BrainPOP was founded in 1999 by Dr. Avraham Kadar as a creative way to explain difficult concepts to his young patients.

Work that Matters
What we do today directly impacts how teachers teach, and students learn, tomorrow. 

Our office receives loads of adorably illustrated fan mail addressed to Moby, our loveable robot mascot.  We often hear kids talking about their favorite BrainPOP movie, and sometimes they even write songs about us. Okay, the song thing only happened once but it was cool.

Teachers stop by our booth at conferences just to tell us how BrainPOP has changed their lives as educators...and to meet Moby, of course. We continue to be inspired because we can see the difference we’re making.

Our commitment to supporting and empowering teachers and students is reflected in our dedication to enhancing the lives of our employees—in and out of the office.

Besides offering a comprehensive benefits package and putting an emphasis on work-life balance, we make it a point to have a lot of fun and do a lot to mix up the workday. Every Wednesday, the company gets together for a catered community lunch; we also love going on company outings that include theater, sporting events, and an always-memorable holiday party.

We’ve also kicked off a wellness initiative recently including various challenges and monthly cooking demos and fitness classes.
