    What We Do
    At Bite, we are reimagining the restaurant guest experience. We're an omnichannel digital ordering platform that uses machine learning to deliver restaurant guests a personalized and delightful ordering experience that, in turn, makes restaurant brands more profitable. We aim to put hospitality front and center in any digital restaurant experienece.

    Today, Bite powers in-store ordering for leading restaurant brands like Bluestone Lane, Sprinkles, Mooyah, and Aramark. Headquartered in New York City & Toronto, Bite continues to grow aggressively as we work towards elevating hospitality everywhere.

    How We Interview & Hire
    We're a small team, so you'll get a decision quickly! We'll start with a call to answer some of the questions you may have, help shed some light to what we're doing and to get a feel if we're the right fit for each other. The next step will be a round of technical interviews. During this afternoon, you'll meet other members of the engineering team and talk through some sample problems we're thinking about. We like to ask questions based on our day to day lives. So you will not get Algorithms 101 and instead we present problems that have come up in the past and we had to solve. For the final step, we'll ask you to meet someone non-technical on the team because it's important for you to understand how the business works.

We're not against advising our customer that their decision may not be the correct one, or that we might not be the right solution. We believe that if the guest loves our experience, they'll also love our customer's and we'll get love too. PS you might recognize this is from Danny Meyer's "Setting the Table" philosophy. It ain't bad!
