1minus1 is a dynamic agency working in the South East of England, but with clients throughout the UK. The company has picked up a number of high profile clients and is now wanting to strengthen our position. We also want to drive forward with both those high profile clients and great start ups as well as create our own SaaS products.

Our focus is on quality of work, our three areas being web and mobile design, web and mobile development. Our core technologies are Ruby/Rails, iOS and PHP with a strong lean towards Ruby.

It's a nice place to work, we have initiatives like week long hackathons, monthly beerstorm, month prizes for team members that have really done brilliantly that month and we currently allow our team to WFH two days per week. We are open to the idea of people being remote, dependent on the candidate too.
