I've been in the recruiting industry for the last 6 years. In the last year or so I've really seen the market start shifting around what companies are doing with recruiters. I really saw it trending toward people going to independent recruiting - meaning - the recruiter provides their own tools (recruiting) and computer and provides companies with an independent service - bringing them talent to fill their openings.
Upon doing some research on this type of recruiting, I decided it was time to strike out on my own and start my own independent recruiting company. Thus began the journey of MJL Recruiting & Consulting!
